CC Regular Session <br />Date: 01/25/2011 <br />By: Heidi Nelson <br />Administrative Services <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Consider TIF District 14 Plan Amendment <br />Item #: 5. 7. <br />Background: <br />On December 14, 2010, the City Council approved the TIF Plan for the new COR TIF District. Following that <br />approval, documents have been forwarded to the County for certification of the new district. As a part of that <br />process, staff became aware that several parcels were inadvertently omitted from the parcel list utilized in the <br />December 14th materials presented to the Council. The parcels that staff is asking to add to the parcel list for the <br />new district does not change the boundary of the district nor does it change the budget for the district.
