EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: January 25, 2011 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, was duly called and held on the 25th day of <br />January, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. <br />The following members of the Council were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADMINISTRATIVE AMENDMENT TO <br />THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT <br />FINANCING (REDEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT NO. 14 <br />A. WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, Minnesota (the "City") has heretofore <br />established Tax Increment Financing (Redevelopment) District No. 14 (the "TIF District") <br />within Development District No. 1 and adopted a Tax Increment Financing Plan therefor; and <br />there is a proposal to amend the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing <br />(Redevelopment) District No. 14 (the "Tax Increment Financing Plan") under the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 to 469.1799 and Sections 469.124 to 469.134 (the "Act"); <br />and <br />B. WHEREAS, the Tax Increment Financing Plan as approved by the City Council <br />on December 14, 2010 set forth a description of the 533 acres property to be included in the TIF <br />District based on the boundary description approved by special legislation under Chapter 389 — <br />H.F. No. 3729, Article 7 "Public Finance", Section 22 City of Ramsey; Tax Increment Financing <br />District, Special Rules Subdivision (a). <br />C. WHEREAS, the City has determined that the parcel identification numbers of <br />property included in the TIF District were incomplete and the City has prepared an <br />Administrative Amendment to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for the TIF District, to <br />correctly list and account for all parcels located within the statutorily defined boundaries of the <br />TIF District as established on December 14, 2010 (the "Administrative Amendment"); and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, as <br />follows: <br />1.
