-212- <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />#01-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF FEE TITLE TO CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY, TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT EASEMENTS ALL NECESSARY <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE EXTENSION OF SUNWOOD DRIVE AND <br />AZURITE STREET. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City finds it necessary and in the public interest to construct extensions <br />of Sunwood Drive and Azurite Street to serve the public transportation needs of the City's <br />residents (the "Public Improvement Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Public Improvement Project is identified on the City's master municipal <br />transportation plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has acquired by direct negotiation certain rights of way necessary <br />for the Public Improvement Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire fee title to certain other parcels as well as certain <br />temporaw and pem~anent easements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the legal descriptions of the temporary easements necessary to be acquired <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />see attached EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />(the "Temporary Easements"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the legal descriptions of the permanent easements necessary to be acquired <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />see attached EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />(the "Permanent Easements"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the legal descriptions of the parcels to be acquired in fee title are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />see attached EXHIBIT C <br /> <br />(the "Fee Title Parcels"); and <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
