-248- Councilmember i~troduced tl~e fol[owi~g resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME PATROL OFFICER TIM FRANKFURTH WHEREAS, Tim FranlCfttrtl~ was 1Mred as a full-time Patrol Officer for the City of Ramsey and began worlc on November 1, 2000, subject to a one-year probationary period; and WHEREAS, Tim FrankCurtl~ sttccessfully completed his probationary period and his performance was docttme~ted by the Police Chief and Sergeant Robert Kukn; and WHEREAS, tl~e Perso~]el Co~nmittee~ at its November 13, 2001, meeting agreed with the staffrecommendatioo to end the probationary period for the full-time Patrol Officer, effective November' 1, 2001. NOW THEREFOR.U. BE. IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOIhA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) That the City Comacil or' the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to e~ad tl~e probationary period for full-time Patrol Officer Tim Frankfurtla et'fective November 1, 2001.
