Term limits <br /> <br />Members of City boards and commissions can serve a total of two consecutive four-year <br />terms of office, in addition to any partial term the individual has been appointed to fulfill <br />for a predecessor. Individuals may apply to a different commission immediately upon <br />reaching the term limit on one commission. Individuals may reapply to the origirnal <br />commission, following the normal application process, only after being off the <br />commission for at least one four-year term.~ <br /> <br />5.
