PROPOSED ORDINANCE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #01- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS TltE ZONING AND <br />SUBDMSION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-l, Single Family Residential, <br />B-I, Business, and B-2, Business to Mtk High Density Multi Family Residential: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the center <br />line of State Trunk Highway No. 47; and <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying north of the South <br />413.75 feet of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and lying <br />westerly of the center line of State Trunk Highway No. 47; and <br /> <br />That part of the South 413.75 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying <br />westerly of the center line of State Trunk Highway No. 47; <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br />The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of <br />Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
