The awning is 315 square feet in size; this interprets to a 250 square foot overage in <br />wall signs. Mr. Deal intends to remove all existing wall s/g-ns from the building. The City has in <br />the past, granted conditional use permits to allow for larger signs than permitted under City <br />Ordinances (Ampride, Burger King, Pdver Bend Plaza, Ramsey Town Square, M & G Leasing <br />Inc. and Blue Line Collision).
