Motion by Commissioner Sweet, seconded by Commissioner Reeve to recommend that City <br />Council adopt findings of fact # . favorable to the applicant relating to Crosstown Sig'n and <br />Valvoline Express Cafe's request for a conditional use permit to exceed wall sign restrictions. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Sweet, Reeve, Brauer, and <br />Watson. Voting No: None.
