Preliminary Plat Review: Birch Hill Lodges <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />December 14, 200 l <br /> <br />Trunk Sewer and Water Fees: A trunk charge for sewer and water is required to be paid prior <br />to the release of the final plat for recording. The current trunk sewer charge is $549.00 per <br />residential unit and the current trunk water charge is $1,224.00 per residence. The rate in effect <br />at the time of final plat approval will be used. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The City has enacted a stormwater management fee at a current <br />rate of $375.00 per residential lot. The rate at the time of final plat approval will be used. The <br />payment of this fee will be required prior to recording the plat. <br /> <br />The City COuncil will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 18, 200I, at the Ramsey <br />Fire Station #2, to review your preliminary plat. I suggest that you, or your representative, be <br />present at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
