Overflow from this pond discharges into a regional stormwater pond located on the Peck Construction property on the south side of McKinley Street. Overflow from this regional pond discharges to the Mississippi River via a storm pipe which runs down Sunfish lake Blvd. A permit for this project has been obtained from the Lower Rum River Water Management Organization. The provisions of this permit shall be made a requirement of site plan approval. A drainage and utility easement should be given to the City over the ponding areaS. The City will be responsible for the future maintenance of these ponds. Storm Water Management Fee: The City will use Tax Increment Financing to cover the cost of ' the development's Storm Water Management Fee Sewer and Water Trunk and Lateral Fees: The City will use Tax Increment Financing to cover the cost of the development's sewer and water trunk and lateral fees. REU Number: Information submitted shows that 51% of the 9.7 acre site is impervious surface. Therefore the REU number is determined to be 26.68. The quarterly drainage utility charge will be $672.34 for the subject project area. Since there is p0nding associated with this development, the applicant may wish to apply for a storm water utility credit. The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 18, 2001, at Ramsey Fire Station #2, to review the proposed site plan.
