Ord. #89-33 amended §9.20.11 pertaining to the R-IR
<br />Residen[iai dist:'icr, establisNng additional provisions on
<br />standards, deveiopme,~t eligibility, and development
<br />limitations and amends §9.20.0!, adding the final
<br />sentence, "The Metropolitan Urban Service Area
<br />(MUSA) boundary line, however, defines the limits of
<br />sewered area. Any area outside of the MUSA boundary
<br />shall not be served with sewer." Also amending
<br />§9.20.02 changing "1990 Urban Area" to 2000
<br />Merropoitan Urban Service Area."' Also amending
<br />§9.20.04, adding final sentence, "Overhy districts such
<br />as the environmental overlay, critical river's, flood
<br />ptains and land use density overlays are upon adoption
<br />incorporated as a part of the official zoning map."

<br /> Ord. #93-01 amended §9.20.2!, allowing permitted
<br />uses to include the following conditional uses: enclosed
<br />retail and rental activin, offices, banks, personal and
<br />professional services, drive-in and convenience, fast
<br />food estabiish.rnents, commercial car washes, gas station,
<br />truck stop, motor vehicle repair, and convenience store
<br />w/th gasoline. Also amended accessory uses to include
<br />open and outdoor storage, service, sales, display or
<br />rental, and established a minimum standard for site
<br />improvements and for all properties to be in compliance
<br />with same by January I, 1997. Effective March 1, 1993.

<br /> Ord. #93-03 amended §9.20.22, establishing the
<br />following uses as permitted versus requiring a CUP:
<br />retail business and convenience store with gasoline and
<br />day care centers. Effective March I, I993.

<br /> Ord, #93-05 amended §9,20.21, allowing a limited
<br />amount of outdoor service, sale, display and rental as an
<br />accessory use of property versus requiring a CUP. The
<br />standards for the B-1 were amended to establish
<br />regulations for property which is not served by City
<br />water and sanitary sewer. Effective April 23, 1993.

<br />for business incubators and multi-tenant facilities and
<br />their permitted uses.~ (§9.20.25 Subd. 2 was repealed
