STATEMENT OF ASSURANCES To the best of my 'knowledge and belief, data in this application are-true and correct, and the document has been duly authorized by the government unit of the applicm'~t'with full understanding of the program requirements. It is agreed that at least one primary contact person Mil attend a six hour MnJDOT landscape project inspection, installation and maintenance training school to ensure that community workers, volunteers and contractors are provided with proper direction and information packets. It is agreed that if volunteer workers are to be used, they will meet minimum age or eligibility requirements. It is agreed that the government unit of the applicant wiI1 enter into an A~eement with Mn/DOT ensuring that the government unit of the applicant will ensure or provide required maintenance of the landscape improvements on roadside areas per the Agreement.
