The current rate allocated to the laterals is $10,322 per residence ($7,122 for water and $3,200 for sanitary sewer). Based on a total number of twenty one (21) benefited property owners, who do not already have water and sewer hookups, the hookups will generate $216,762. It is anticipated that several lots will be subdivided, thereby increasing the revenues to more than pay for the cost of the project.
