The current rate allocated to the laterals is <br />$10,322 per residence ($7,122 for water and $3,200 for sanitary sewer). Based <br />on a total number of twenty one (21) benefited property owners, who do not <br />already have water and sewer hookups, the hookups will generate $216,762.
