For water hookup, the lateral charge is $7,122 and the trunk fee is $1,285. For sewer hookup, the lateral charge is $3200 the trunk fee is $577. The total lateral charge for water and sewer is $10,322. The current eight residences would generate $ 82,576. However, if each of the eight groups of three lots would split into two lots, then the sixteen hookups would generate $165,912. This would more than cover the expected cost shown below.
