-316- <br /> <br />consist of a cash payment until such tim.e as an agreement may identify credit for land dedication <br />or recreational amenities to be constructed by the Developer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 12, 2003, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for <br />Town Center Addition <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, A3NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Ramsey Town <br />Center Addition subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated August 8, 2003 <br /> b) Compliance with Hakanson Anderson Review Letter dated August 7, 2003 <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That approval of the preliminary plat does not obligate the City to construct any of the <br />improvements shoTM on the submitted preliminary plat and plans dated June 16, 2003, <br />Revised July 2, 2003, Revised July 21, 2003, Revised July 30, 2003. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of August, 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-08- <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
