The water shut-off boxes shall be <br />adjusted at the time the final boulevard grade is established. 9.50.50 <br />shut-off boxes shall remain visible after the boulevard sod is installed. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />As-built Plans. Upon completion of installation of all required <br />improvements, the subdivider shall file with the City copies or' plans <br />and specifications showing all improvements as finally constructed <br />and installed in both digital and paper form as required by the City <br />Engineer. Such as-built drawings shall be certified to be true and <br />accurate by the registered engineer responsible for the installation of <br />the improvements. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Escrow of Required Deposits. All sums deposited with the City in <br />accordance with this Section shall be kept in separate funds which <br />funds shhll be encumbered and earmarked for the later construction of <br />the particular improvements within the particular Subdivision. These <br />funds are deposited into a non-interest barring fund. <br /> <br /> Subd. 4. Stage II Improvements. The following items shall be installed <br />by the City or, Subcontractors, at the expense of the Developer. <br /> <br />Street Striping And Signing. Street signage shall include street name, <br />traffic control; and advisory signs. Street striping shall be completed on all <br />major thoroughfares, commercial and industrial streets as required by the <br />City Engineer. Striping shall be completed after sealcoating is done. <br /> <br />b~ <br /> <br />Sealcoating. Within five years after the construction of the streets, the City <br />shall sealcoat the streets in accordance with City specifications. <br /> <br />Storm Water Maintenance. Upon successful establishment of permanent <br />erosion control facilities the Developer shall safe guard the storm sewer <br />system from excess siltation caused by construction until 90% buildout <br />within a subdivision, including the sodding, the developer or subdivider <br />shall clean ail storm sewers and shall also remove silt from all ponding areas <br />which received runoff from the development as well as all temporary <br />erosion control devices (i.e. silt fence). <br /> <br />Street Lights.
