On August 5, 2003, Michael Reeve <br />submitted a letter of resignation from the Planning Commission with an immediate <br />effective date. <br /> <br />As a result of Mr. Reeve's resignation, there is one vacancy on the Planning Commission. <br />Staff is seeking authorization to begin the recruit process t_o fill the vacancy. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that Ciiy Council adopt a resolution accepting Michael Reeve's <br />resignation from the Ramsey Planning Commission and authorizing staff to begin the <br />recruitment process to fill the vacancy on the Planning Commission. - <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council adopt a resolution accepting Michael Reeve's <br />resignation from the Ramsey Planning Commission effective immediately, <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council authorize staff to begin the process to fill the <br />vacancy on the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Community Development Director <br />Assistant Community Development Director <br /> <br />PC: 08-12-03 <br /> <br />-451- <br /> <br /> <br />
