-452- <br /> <br /> Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION MEMBER, MICHAEL REEVE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Reeve has been a member of the Planning Commission since <br />June 13, 2000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Reeve submitted a letter of resignation on August 5, 2003, <br />effective immediately. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br /> Personnel Committee to accept Michael Reeve's immediate resignation from the <br /> Planning Commission and staff is directed to begin the recruitment process to fill <br /> the vacancy. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following Were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 12ct~ day of August 2003. <br /> <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
