COMMITTEES/STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />1) Update on the 145th Avenue an~.~d 146th Lane Sidewalk <br /> <br />Background: <br />City Engineer Jankowski explained that Staffhas not been able to get the project moving <br />forward as of yet and if they were to start now and bring plans back on September 23~d they <br />would not be able to begin construction until November. It was 'Staffs recommendation that the <br />project be delayed until spring starting the bidding process in February.
