Mn/DOT Agreement No. 79780-P ARTICLE III - PAYMENT OF CITY COST SHARE Section A. Estimate and Advancement of the City=s Cost Share As the City=s share of the construction engineering costs incurred by the State, the City will pay to the State the following percentages of the costs of the Construction to be performed under this Agreement: The City will pay the State 8% of the contract costs for those roadway portions described in Article II, Section A; The City will pay the State 4% for the contract costs for the city sewer and water main items described in Article II, Section B. It is estimated that the City's share of the construction engineering costs is the sum of $60,800.00 based on these estimates: Roadway portion ($655,000 x 0.08 + $52,400) and Sewer/Water ($210,000 x 0.04 = $8,400) for grand total of $60,800.00. Prior to the State beginning any construction engineering for the Construction covered under this Agreement, and after the following conditions have been met, the City must advance to the Commissioner of Transportation the City=s total estimated construction engineering cost share of $60.,800.00. 1. Execution and approval of this Agreement and the State=s transmittal of same to the City. 2. Receipt by the City of a written request from the State for the advancement of funds. Section B. Documents To Be Provided .by the City. After the Construction has been completed, the City must provide the State=s Metropolitan Division Engineer at 1500 West County Road B2, Roseville, Minnesota, 55113 or his/her designee, with the following documents: 1. A copy of the City contractor=s final invoice which includes all Construction costs. A copy of the endorsed and canceled City warrant or check paying for final Construction, or computer documentation of the final warrant issued, certified by an appropriate City official that final construction contract payment has been made.
