I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #00-0l- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH MNDOT <br />TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND INSPECTION SERVICES ON <br />THE T.H. #4'7 STP AND RELATED PROJECTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is the lead agency on SP 02-605-06 and SP 0206-50, <br />the improvement of C.S.A.H. #5 and T.H. #47, respectively; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is economically undertaking the construction of Sunwood Drive as <br />State Aid Project 199-104-05; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MnDOT has agreed to contribute construction engineering and inspection <br />services on SP 0206-50; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MnDOT has the expertise to provide construction engineering and <br />inspection service on related road improvement projects SP 02-605-06 and SAP 199-104-05. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City of Ramsey is hereby authorized to enter into Agreement No. 79780-P with the <br /> State of Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />2) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute said agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
