A plan was submitted by
On-in Thompson Homes in September, but was rejected by the City and a revised plan was
received prior to the meeting so Staff had not had adequate time to review the plan.

Councilmember Zimmerman noted that the City is not currently able to give an answer as to
when the problem will be resolved.

Public Works Committee/November 16, 1999
