Councilmember moved for the adoption of the following findings of fact: RESOLUTION #00-01- A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT COMMUNICATION SERVICE (PCS) TOWER RELATING TO A FOR A PERSONAL WHEREAS, U.S. West Wireless, L.L.C., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", Las properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to construct, install and operate a personal communications system (pcs) on the property generally known as 17515 St. Francis Blvd. F.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 3, Block 1, Gobernatz 2na Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota: (th~ "Subject Property"). NOW T22EREFORE, BE IT P~ESOLVED BY T.Z~E CITY COUNCIL, O~' THE CITY ©F RAM~EY:/sNOKA COUI'.~TY, STATE'OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That th:; Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Sect'l:n 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on January 4, 2000, ax,d that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. That the Subject Property is approximately 30 acres in size and is owned by John and Avis Gobernatz. That the Subject Property and surrounding parcels are zoned R-1 Rural Residential. That the Subject Property and surrounding parcels are in the Rural Service area and restricted to a development density of 4 units in 4 acres. 5. That the Subject Property is bounded by T.H. #47 on the west. 4 That the Applicant is proposing to lease a 30' x 30' section of the Subject Property (Site) to facilitate the development of the tower. That the Applicant is proposing to construct a 180 foot monopole. That the equipment cabinets (5' tall by 3' deep by 6' wide) will be adjacent to the monopole on the south side in a 10' x 12' area. That the Applicant is not proposing to install a security fence or landscaping at the based of the tower.
