Council Action: None required. Case #4: Update on Storm Drainage Utility Implementation Staff reported that the Stormwater Utility Ordinance introduced in November will require time to implement. The names and addresses of residential customers will be relatively easy to obtain and establish billing with Connexus. ~owever, the non-residential customers will need to have b~',~h the area of eat!.- ;n. dividual lot and impervious area calculated.
