Staff reported that On-in Thompson has come to an <br /> decioc~ to modify the house fi'om a walk-out to <br />agrc~'ment with the owners vf Lot 9 and has <br />look-.,_,ut, restoring the grades to those original/2' approved by the City. "..; Action: <br /> <br />Mo[J~'~ to ratify the recommendations of the PubEc Works Committee. <br /> <br />Case ;72: Disposition cf Surplus Land Acqu~:ed for T.H. #47 H~g~way Project <br /> <br />Of the land obtained to accommodate the T.H. #47 STP project, three parcels will have a <br />remaining economic value following the necessary right-of-way and easement dedications. The <br />Public Works Committee recommended that notice of the availability of these parcels be <br />advertised in the City's official newspaper and notification by mail of the availability of the <br />property to adjacent landowners, with the goal of beginning negotiations with interested parties <br />in February. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee. <br /> <br />Case #3: 2000 Street Maintenance Program <br /> <br />The Committee reviewed the staff presentation on the 2000 Street Maintenance Program and <br />directed a feasibility study be performed. <br /> <br /> <br />
