Case ;72: Disposition cf Surplus Land Acqu~:ed for T.H. #47 H~g~way Project Of the land obtained to accommodate the T.H. #47 STP project, three parcels will have a remaining economic value following the necessary right-of-way and easement dedications. The Public Works Committee recommended that notice of the availability of these parcels be advertised in the City's official newspaper and notification by mail of the availability of the property to adjacent landowners, with the goal of beginning negotiations with interested parties in February. Council Action: Motion to ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee. Case #3: 2000 Street Maintenance Program The Committee reviewed the staff presentation on the 2000 Street Maintenance Program and directed a feasibility study be performed.
