St.~t. § 471.59, Subd. 10; and 'WHEREAS, there is a need to reimburse law enforcement agencies who have a one-on-one match in non-state funds for the purchas~ of tire deflators, pursuant to 1999 Laws of Minnesota, Chapter 216, Article 1, Section 7., Subd. 6; and WHEREAS, GOVERNMENTAL UNIT represents that it is duly qualified and willing to p,fform the services set forth herein. NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed: I. A. GOVERNMENTAL UNIT's DUTIES (Attach additional page if necessary, which is incorporated by reference and made a part of this agreement.) GOVERNMENTAL UNIT shall: 1. purchase 3 tire deflator(s), and certifies that the following one-to-one match of ~552.00 in non-state funds will be met by the GOVERNMENTAL UNIT. 2. own and maintain all tire deflator(s) purchased. 2. provide any necessary training to their employees concerning use of tire deflator(s). 3. compile statistics on use of purchased tire deflator(s) and its results, and report this information to the STATE's commissioner as required by December 3 I, 2000.
