A sufficient number of parking spaces are proposed and they will be surfaced with bituminous. <br />It is anticipated that the parking lot may be expanded to the west at some point in the future. The <br />final site plan should specify the use of B-6t2 concrete curb on the perimeter of all bituminous <br />except on the west boundary of the parking lot. <br /> <br />In accordance with City Code, landscaping and screening are provided adjacent to Armstrong <br />Blvd. and along the north and west property lines that abut residential zones. The dumpster will <br />be kept inside the building. <br /> <br />The lighting plan has been submitted and the parking lot lights comply with City Code.
