Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 00-02- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BUSINESS PARK 95 <br />EIGHTH ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey acquired property in the Industrial District for <br />development purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot A, BUSINESS PARK 95 SECOND ADDITION, according to the recorded <br />plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. EXCEPT that part of said Outlot A platted <br />as BUSINESS PARK 95 FIFTH ADDITION, and BUSINESS PARK 95 SEVENTH <br />ADDITION, said Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission approved the sketch plan on <br />February 1, 2000; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Business Park 95 Eighth <br /> Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this day of February, 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />/L,,o <br /> <br /> <br />
