Norman <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />CommunityDevelopment Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at <br />6:08 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />APPROVEAGENDA <br /> <br />The Personnel Committee meeting agenda for the meeting January 25, 2000, was approved as <br />presented. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Case #1: End Probationary Period of Community Development Secretary Tara Olson <br /> <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik explained that Tara Olson assumed the position <br />of Community Development Secretary on March 15, 1999, and her six-month probationary <br />period date was September 15, 1999. A written performance appraisal was prepared, indicating <br />satisfactory and above performance for Ms. Olson. A meeting was held between Ms. Olson and <br />her then supervisor Cindy Sherman to review the written performance appraisal. The appraisal <br />was signed; however, the resolution to end the probation period was not brought before the <br /> <br />Personnel Committee/January 25, 2000 <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
