The City of Ramsey intends to participate where appropriate in the above-listed programs with <br />other government agencies and with developers. Ramsey's intent is to use any internal and <br />external initiatives possible. <br /> <br />The City will promote energy efficient improvements in all types of housing units to help <br />keep them affordable. Ramsey will provide information and, when available, financial help <br />for both owner-occupied and rental units. <br /> <br />· The City anticipates working with ACCAP (Anoka County Community Action Program) and <br /> the Anoka County HRA to identify the low and moderate income households. <br /> <br /> <br />
