treatment systems in the City without first obtaining.a license to perform <br />such tasks fi.om the MPCA. <br /> <br />b. License Exemption. A license is not required for: <br /> <br />An individual who is constructing a system on land that is owned or <br />leased by the individual and functions solely as a dwelling or seasonal <br />dwelling for that individual based upon a design by a licensed <br />designer. The system must be inspected before being covered and as- <br />built plans submitted in accordance with Section 8.30.04 b of this <br />Section. A certificate of compliance or notice of non-compliance will <br />be issued by the Department; <br /> <br />2.
