Section A- Estimate and Advancemen! of the City's Coat Share Mn/DOT Agreement No. 79780-P I As the City's share of the ¢or, qmaction engineering costs incurred by the State, the City will pay to ~e State the follovdng percentages of the cost~ off. he Construc~tion to be performed under this Agreement: The City will pay the State 8% of the contract costs for those roadway portions described in Article II, Section A; The City will pay ~e State 4% for the contract costs for the city sewer and water main items described in Article II, Section B. It ' is estimated that the City's sham of the convtruetlon engineering costs is the sum of $60,800.00 baaed on these egtimates: Roadway portion ($655,000 x 0.0tl + $52,400) and Sewer/Water ($210,000 x 0.04 = $8,400) for grand total of $60,800.00. Prior to the State beginning any construction engineering for the Construct. ion covered under this Agreement, and after the following conditions have been met, the City must advance to the Commissioner of Transportation the City's total e~fi:rtated corem'action engineering cost share of $60,800.00. I. Execution and approval of this Agreement and the State's transmittal of same to the City. 2. A copy of the endorsed and canceled City warrant or check paying for final Construction, or computer documentation of the final warrant issued, certified by an appropriate City offici~J that final cormtruetion contract payment has been made.
