Parcel B: The Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, and the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the East 417 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 28, as measured along the South line thereof, except the North 150 feet thereof. And excepting the North 150 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, A_ND Lot 8, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NUNfBER 34, Anoka County, Minnesota; (The "Subj ect Property") AND WHEREAS, the Anoka County PIN's for the various parcels are as follows: 28-32-25-13-0001 28-32~25-13-0005 28-32-25-42-0001 28-32-25-44-0010 28-32-25-41-0001 AND WHEREAS, the property owner of the Subject Property has been identified by the City as follows: B.M.A. ASSOCIATES, a Minnesota Partnership. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I'C43VISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I. That in order to carry out the purposes and objectives described above it is necessary to acquire the Subject Property. That the acquisition of the Subject Property by exercise of eminent domain in the manner provided by Minnesota Statute Chapter 117 serves a public interest and is deemed to be necessary. That the City deems it necessary for the reasons set forth above to proceed without delay under Minn. Stat. §117.042 to pay to the owners or into court a sum of money to serve as compensation to the owners of the Subject Property, which amount shall be equal to Petitioner's approved appraisal of value as determined by the City. That the City Administrator is hereby directed to acquire the Subject Property in accordance with Minnesota Statutes.
