TERMINATION AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into as of this __ day of , 2000, <br />by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the "CITY") and <br />ANOKA ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC., a Minnesota corporation, (the <br />'`DEVELOPER.''). <br /> <br />WlTNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, the parties hereto entered into (i) the Development Agreement - AEC <br />Energy Park dated December 15, t995, recorded December 15, 1995 as Document No. 1196279 <br />and (ii) the A.E.C. Energy Park 2~ Addition. Development Agreement dated August 20, I996, <br />recorded August 27, 1996 as Document No. 1237703 collectively (the "Development <br />Agreements"); and <br /> <br /> WttEREAS, the parties hereto desire to terminate of record the Development <br />Agreements as they pertain to Lot 1, Block 1, A.E.C. Enei'gy Park Fourth Addition. <br /> <br /> NOW, T~REFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and the mutual covenants and <br />promises set forth herein, .and in consideration of other good and valuable consideration, the <br />receipt and sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1.
