Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS TO EBERT INC AS <br />CONTRACTOR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FIRE STATION #2 <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #00-02-XXX <br /> <br /> THE GENERAL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 29, 2000 the City of Ramsey received bids for 3 sections of the <br />construction project: General Contractor, Mechanical and Electrical. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />of $1,I77,000. <br /> <br />the low acceptable bid for General Contractor was Ebert Inc. at a bid price <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, funding for the project will be paid from revenues produced by the sale of <br />Lease Revenue Bonds in December of 1999. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1.) The City Council hereby authorizes the construction award to Ebert Inc. for $1,177,000. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 14a' day of March 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
