Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #00-02-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS TO ANDERSON MECHANICAL FOR THE <br />MECHANICAL ELEMENT IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF FIRE STATION #2 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 29, 2000 the City of Ramsey received bids for 3 sections of the <br />construction project: General Contractor, Mechanical and Electrical. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the low acceptable bid for Mechanical was Anderson Mechanical Inc. at a <br />bid price of $212,513. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, funding for the project will be paid from revenues produced by the sale of <br />Lease Revenue Bonds in December of 1999. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1.)
