The office entry area located in the northwest comer of the site generates runoff which flows into a short quale which discharges into the County Road 116 Highway ditch. As much runoffas possible should be directed to the on site detention pond. A permit from Anoka County Highway Department must be obtained. The County has a policy of limiting the discharge into the County Highway ditch to the pre-developed conditions. This plan will need to be submitted to the Lower Rum River Water Management Agency for a permit relating to the grading and erosion control. This site plan shall be assigned a REF of 1.0 for the purposes of establishing a charge for the storm water utility. There should be a fire hydrant identified in the northwest comer of the property. Lighting PIan: The lighting plan has n~ been submitted. All light fm-ture specs and diagrams are subject to the approval of the City Engineer. Signage: The signage proposed in the plan is not approved through the site plan review process. Sign permits are reviewed and issued by the Community Development Department following site plan approval. The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting to review the proposed site plan on Monday, March 6, 2000, inunediately following the 7:00 PM Board of Adjustment Meeting. Staff suggests that you, or your representative, be present at this meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
