They would like to submit the sketch <br /> to <br />---p~lah-_ -~'~-e p!anning Commission on May 1. However, the subject property is subject to the <br /> ~moratorium until February 16, 2001, and Staff cannot accep_t. ~e_~_~_gp~lication. Consequently, <br /> R~ oyal Oaks Realty_is_requesting an exception t--ib-~e moratorium (See attached letter). <br /> <br />Iioyal Oaks plan for Iow density residential on the western portion of the property and high <br />ensity residential on the eastern portion of the property complies with hhe draft Comprehensive <br />lan approved by City Council on December 21, 1999.
