This property is generally referred to as the Law's Property, west of Nowthen <br /> Boulevard. The conc.e t~_LtLI~, ~_hi__c_h you ha.d the opp'Urtunity to review ~arice, most recently on <br /> March 6, 2000, is proposi~n_ng single family homes, detached townhomes, attached townhomes and <br /> . a_p ._aygn_. cnt buildings.-~A m~j~'t~0.~_..th_.e_pro, pertyAs_su~e~-'~'"il~'~-6~i~ ~-~-filT~ruary 16, <br /> 2001. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br /> The_developer would like to proceed with the process of submitting applications for a rezoning <br /> Planned Unit Development, Subdivision, and Site Plan. They would like to submit the sketch <br /> to <br />---p~lah-_ -~'~-e p!anning Commission on May 1. However, the subject property is subject to the <br /> ~moratorium until February 16, 2001, and Staff cannot accep_t. ~e_~_~_gp~lication. Consequently, <br /> R~ oyal Oaks Realty_is_requesting an exception t--ib-~e moratorium (See attached letter). <br /> <br />Iioyal Oaks plan for Iow density residential on the western portion of the property and high <br />ensity residential on the eastern portion of the property complies with hhe draft Comprehensive <br />lan approved by City Council on December 21, 1999.
