The proposed site plan for City Council approval does not include building #2 which is proposed to be a recycling transfer station. The applicant may need to apply for a Conditional Use Permit in order to build and operate a transfer station in the City of Ramsey. At this time, the applicant is planning to submit the necessary applications for the transfer station at a later date. The Planning Commission met on March 6, 2000 to review the proposed site plan. The Commission approved the site plan as proposed by ACE Solid Waste. Recommendation: Planning Commission recommends site plan approval contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated March 2, 2000. Council Action: Motion to grant site plan approval to ACE Solid Waste contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated March 2, 2000.
