I I I I I I I I I. I I I I I I I I I I CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT ACE SOLID WASTE, INC. On Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to ACE Solid Waste Inc, a Minnesota corporation, ("Permittee") to construct a 21,174 square foot office/shop facility and truck terminal ("Structure") on the property which is legally described as follows: Lots 2, Auditors Subdivision #30, expect southwesterly 80 feet thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota the ("Site"). This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: 1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. 2. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. o SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site as shown on the Site Plan prepared by Lampert Architects, dated February 14, 2000, revision date February 24, 2000. 4. SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by the City Engineer. o REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the Site Plan, The Required Improvements are as follows: Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading and Utility Plan prepared by Plowe Engineering, Inc, dated February 11, 2000, revision date Installation of bituminous driveways, parking lots and maneuvering areas. Installation of B-612 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of ail bituminous Surfaces. Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction. Landscaping in accordance with the Site and Landscape Plan prepared by Lampert Architects, dated February 14, 2000, revision dated February 24, 2000. ("Required Improvements)
