11. That no excavation Will take place within the road right-of-way. <br /> <br />12. That the existing drainage patterns will not be substantially altered by the proposed <br /> grading plan. <br /> <br />13. That silt fence will be placed along the boundaries of adjacent properties within 100 feet <br /> of the area to be graded. <br /> <br />14. That the grading operation will increase the traffic to the subject property and <br /> surrounding area for a very limited time frame. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />17.
