Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Kim Moore-Sykes <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Human Resources Manager Rhonda Heryla <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 6:04 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Consensus was to approve the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case Itl: <br /> <br />Consider Ending Probation Period of Public Works Maintenance Worker <br />Brian Swanson <br /> <br />Director of Public Works Kapler stated that on December 14, 1999, the City Council authorized <br />staff to extend the probation period of Brian Swanson to allow additional time to analyze his <br />performance. At this time, the Director of Public Works, the Parks/Utilities Supervisor and the <br />Public Works Supervisor are all in agreement that Brian Swanson's performance is satisfactory <br />and they recommend to end his probationary period. <br /> <br />Personnel Committee/March 14, 2000 <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
