Dear Mr. Torkildson: I have reviewed the possible expansion of the Mississippi West County Park with the Ramsey City Council and have received concept approval of expansion plans consistent with the enclosed map and the following conditions: l) 2) 3) 4) 5) That the County es t ablish an acc eptable time frame (approximately three years) for marketing' the commercial property along ~ighway #10; That commercial areas within the ~useby and M~rtin property shall be taxable; That right-of-ways should be dedicated for the purpose of aligning Traprock Street MW to inter'sect at right angles with Highway ~I0, that a roadway be established to' MSA standards through the Huseby and Martin properties along the line of the southern border of the Museby commercial property, and that' Ramsey' Blvd. NW be extended to tie into the previously mentioned MSA service road;- That the County of Anoka would be responsible for'all legal costs; That the Municipal State Aid service road would be constructed at a time to be determined by the City of Ramsey; 6) That the County of Anoka will pay for 1/2 of the road costs within the Huseby property and all of the road costs within the Martin property.
