Therefore, changhag the use of either of these two accesses would necessitate <br />application to Mn/DOT for an access permit by the property owner. <br /> <br />Mn/DOT would deny this application for the safety masons stated in our ~'anuary 4, 2000 <br />correspondence. The proposed site is located on property that is on the inside cfa curve and UP <br />slight incline, which creates unsafe sight distance to the south. Access is available from 177t~ <br />Avenue.
