Based upon our analysis we conclude that:

1, There are no other ~.2itable e.'dsting structures within IA. nile of the proposed location.
2. The site proposed 1:: USWW is higher than many of thc ,ires constructed by this applicant in
the Twin Cities metro area. The basis for the proposed height of I80' permits USWW to
provide contiguous coverage with other sites already constructed or approved. Note, however,
the proposed site is dissimilar to others established by the applicant at lower heights in that sites
with lower antennas are primarily being built closer to the core of the service area.
3. If the height of the monopole is reduced, it is unlikely that USWWwill be able to achieve their
coverage objectives without adding additional, more closely spaced, sites.

Given more time, we would typically complete a more comprehensive analysis but in this instance
we are working against the deadline of the City Planning Commission Meeting.

Sincerely yours,
W.M.
