WITNESS, whereas the CLIBNT 'requires professional services in conjunction with the water system improvements; and whereas the CONSULTANT agrees to furnish the various professional services required by the CLIENT. NOW, THBR.EFOI~, in considerat'io~ of the m~ual covenanIs and promises between the pardes her,to, it is agreed: SECTION 1- CONSULTANT'S SERVICES The CONSULTANT agrees to perfor~ the various Engineering Services in connectiOn with the proposed project as described in Exhibit I. Thc CONSULTANT shall serve as the CLIBNT'S professional, engineering and surveying representative as descried herein. SECTION II - TEE' CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES The CLIENT shall promptly compe~ate thc CONSULTANT in accordance with Section I][I of this A~em~t The CLIENT shall place any and all previously acquired information in its custody at the disposal of the CONSULTANT for its use. Such information shall include but shall not be limited to boundary surveys, topographic surveys, preliminary sketch plan layouts, building plans, soil surveys, abstracts, deed descriptions, tile maps and layouts, aerial photos, utility agreements, eavironmental reviews, zoning limitations; The CONSULTANT may rely upon thc accuracy and sufficiency of. all stroh information in performing services. _ Ce The CLIENT will guarantee access I~ and make all provisions for cnW/upon both public and private portions of the project and pertinent adjoi,~ing propcr~es.
