Said representative shall l~ve the authority to l~4_n~it instructions, receive instructions, receive information, interpret and defi_u¢ CLZENT'S policies with respect to the project and CONSLTLTANTS services. The CLIENT will obtain any and all regulatory permit~ required for the proper ~nd legal ~x~ution o£ th~ project. SECTION trY - COMPENSATION FOR.
