We will assist in communicating <br />with the City sta~ and City Council on how the water systm~ improvements can be completed in the <br />most timely manner and ~tiIl main~n the project's budgets that have been established. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL SEKVICE$ <br /> <br />Engineering services performed other than those authorized under Exhibit 1.A shall be conSidered <br />not part o£the ~gineering services and shall be authorized in writin§ by the CLIENT as <br />addilional services with ~ negotiated contract amendment. Additional services consist of those <br />services which are not genenlly considered to ba normal engineering services, or are not <br />dcl'mable prior to the commencement of the project. Additional services may consist of the <br />following: <br /> <br />To prepare detailed propea'ty survey descriptions of sites or casements to be purctmsed, <br />and maps, drawings or cstimates related thereto.
