PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COITNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, April 18, 2000, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. Members Present: Chairperson Leo Anderson Commissioner Chris Dempsey Commissioner Bill Kociscak Commissioner Michael Nixt Commissioner Joe Wivoda Member Absent: Commissioner Robert Johnson Also Present: Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Anderson called the special meeting to order at 6:40 p.m. CITIZEN INPUT None. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Motion by Commissioner Nix-t, seconded by CommisSioner Kociscak, to approve the agenda as presented. Motion Carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Commissioners Nixt, Kociscak, Dempsey, and Wivoda. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Johnson. COMMISSION BUSINESS Case #1: Request for Site Plan Review of Accessory Building for City-Wide Garage Door; Case of Ivan Clauson Community Development Director Frolik stated that the applicant, Ivan Clauson, has a 960 square foot accessory building th'at lies within the easement for the extension Of sewer and water utilities to B & B Carpet, immediately west of City-Wide's property. Installation requires demolition of the building and reconstruction of a new one outside the utility easement. The applicant proposes to construct a new 960 square foot building, which does not exceed Re 30% of principal building size restriction.
