BUILDING FACADE. The Permittee agrees to face the Slx'ucture with maintenance <br />free aluminum siding and asphalt shingles. <br /> <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING PERMIT AND CERTIFICATE OF <br />OCCUPANCY. No building permit for the Site will be issued until the permit-tee has <br />signed and returned this Development Permit. <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION SCI-IEDULE. The Required Improvements <br />shall be completed on or before September 30, 2000 if the City does not receive a proper <br />application by June 30, 2000 for site plan approval of the expansion of the principal <br />building on the Site. If the City does receive application for the expansion of the <br />principal building, it is herein agreed that the development permit for such expansion will <br />include a paved and curbed access to the Structure. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />RECOGNITION OF LOCATION.
